Breathe In

Relaxation Activities

Take a deep breath. Fill your chest with air. Now hold for a moment. Slowly - release the breath... drop your shoulders.. and exhale fully. Repeat until you feel tension release and your mind becomes center.

Relaxation is an important part of self-care. We cannot take care of others until we take care of ourselves. Self-care is not selfish. Being relaxed can help you ease stress and may help with sleep and anxiety. Here are a few activities you can try to relax your mind and your body.
