    Hi! Hi! Hi!

Words cannot express how eager we are to see Firebirds back on campus. It's been "a year" and we missed everyone. The Library is made to be used and it feels like the space is coming alive again with everyone who stops by.

We are here to help you but we also want to make sure that everyone can work and study in a safe environment.

This semester, the Library will be open Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. (*Hours are subject to change based on use.*)

We continue to encourage social distancing so there are fewer computers in the Library. An additional computer lab is available in Building 4250 on the 6th Floor. NO RESERVATIONS needed to use either the Library or the lab. All spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.

Anyone who visits in person MUST wear a mask covering their nose and mouth the entire time they are inside. (Masks are available on site for those who need them.) Hand sanitizer is available throughout the space and professional cleaning occurs regularly.

If you're classes are online or you'd prefer to meet us virtually, you can! Appointments are available in-person or online via Zoom. You can schedule an appointment here. You can also contact us via chat or email at ask@udc.libanswers.com.

Finally, have you checked out Library 101? Library 101 is a FREE self-paced tutorial organization on Blackboard. In this program, you can learn all about research and library skills in short lessons. You can visit as often as you need and we will continue to add content to help you learn all about research, the library, academic writing, and information literacy. Email us at ask@udc.libanswers.com to enroll!

    Have a wonderful semester, Firebirds!
