The UDC library, the Learning Resources Division, in celebration of National Library Week, is pleased to announce a student essay competition. The theme of the essay is “How Libraries Lead in Bridging the Digital Divide in American Society.” The award will be a Dell laptop computer. Pick up guidelines at the Building 41, 5th floor library’s circulation or reference desk or at the Community College library at 801 North Capital Street, NE, Room 211 on the second floor. Guidelines are also available at the links below. Essays must be submitted by noon on Friday, March 30, 2018.
